The presence of trouble does not mean the absence of God. In fact, Scripture repeatedly reveals that God often makes His presence most deeply known during life’s most difficult moments.
Many believers can testify that seasons of suffering became seasons of discovering God’s faithfulness in ways they had never known before. In weakness, His strength became evident. In loneliness, His presence became precious. In uncertainty, His promises became anchors for the soul.
